BYU Lacrosse Kicks off 2011 Tryouts
On a unseasonably cold morning Monday, 59 Cougar hopefuls took the field for the first day of BYU Lacrosse tryouts. The tryouts, which are scheduled to last through the end of this week, will test everything from condition and lacrosse skills, to heart and attitude.
BYU Lacrosse Names 2011 Captains
The BYU Men’s Lacrosse team announced their captains for the upcoming season (DATE). The group of 5 captains is lead by Senior Midfielders Tyler Monteath (Columbine High School, CO) and Brian Mathay (Heritage High School, CO). Joining Monteath and Mathay are Juniors Ted Ferrin (Olympus High School, UT), Drew Shumway (Bingham High School, UT), and Jared Houghton (Denver University).
